Shipping & Return

The Paul Forrest Co jewelry purchased will be shipped within 5–7 days.

 

Paul Forrest Co merchandise purchased may be returned, in its original condition, for exchange or full refund within 5 days from the date of delivery.  

Before returning the item(s), you will need to contact us by email  at inquire@paulforrestco.com to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to request a Return Form that will be sent to you via email . This form will include all necessary instructions, including the address in the U.S. where you will need to ship the product(s). The item you return must be presented in its original, saleable condition with the appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging and enclosures. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.  Paul Forrest Co. will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

 

Paul Forrest Co is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped within the US.  

 

Please note that if an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the US, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. If the customer is not happy or does not pay the import and tax duties in their country and the product is returned to us, we will deduct the shipping fee we have paid to ship the product to the customer from the customer’s refund.

Warranty term: 1 year from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in the product itself.   To have replacements covered under this warranty performed, please contact us via email. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number, and a detailed description of the issue.

Note that repairs and replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.

-Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing etc.)

-Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification

-Failure or damage caused by fire, water, or a natural disaster such as, for example, an earthquake

-Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.;)

It is important that you, as a customer, carefully check your Heart’s Passion@ jewel when you receive your shipment to verify that the jewelry is not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier.

Any complaints shall be made through  inquire@paulforrestco.com . Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to Paul Forrest Co should be treated as undamaged. In all types of returns, it is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit.  

Paul Forrest Co has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model.  

If you, as a customer, believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfil the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Paul Forrest Co by email.
